Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in Singapore, ensuring smooth workflow and cost efficiency.
- Lead kitchen teams to consistently deliver high-quality dishes that align with the restaurant's brand and standards.
- Develop innovative recipes to refresh and enhance the menu while keeping up with industry trends.
- Manage food inventory, cost control, and procurement to maintain profitability.
- Work closely with procurement and marketing teams to source quality ingredients and optimize food presentation.
- Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to uphold excellent food preparation and presentation standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements in all kitchen operations.
- Review and refine kitchen procedures, optimizing efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food & Service Management, or Business Management.
- 8-10 years of kitchen experience, including leadership in a management role.
- Strong culinary expertise with an in-depth understanding of food preparation and menu development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
