Requirements:

1. With kitchen experience
2. Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive mindset
3. Possess Hygiene Certification will be a bonus
4. Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
5. A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours
6. Possess skills in the proper handling of kitchen equipment is an advantage

Job Description:

1. Assist in all food preparation and cooking (if applicable)
2. Maintain & keep the kitchen area clean and tidy
3. Ensure hygiene policy and standards are fulfilled and followed strictly
4. Assist chef/supervisor in all kitchen operations as required
5. Responsible for all culinary duties, including productions, preparation, cleaning, opening setup and closing
6. Assist service crew whenever needed
7. Ad-hoc duties as assigned
