Kitchen Assistant

Description :

1. Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet the established standards and quality.
2. Follows the instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete the assigned tasks.
3. Prepares meal ingredients for the Sous Chef, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
4. Properly washes and dries all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards.
5. Neatly stores all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
6. Packs take-out orders as needed.
7. Removes garbage, replaces garbage bags, and washes garbage bins.
8. Mops and sweeps kitchen areas as required.
9. Stores ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
10. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues.
11. Personally responsible for hygiene, safety, and the correct use of equipment and utensils.
