KFC Supervisor/Assistant Manager (APRIL Intake)

As a Supervisor/Assistant Manager, You Will:

1. Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
2. Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch customer service, cleanliness, and speed.
3. Manage shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
4. Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards while maintaining a positive vibe.
5. Train and develop team members for growth and future leadership roles.
6. Assist in budget management and cost control.
7. Handle physical tasks like lifting items (up to 20kg) when needed.
