Key Accounts Senior Exec/Asst Manager (Contract Logistics Exp | MNC 3PL)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and provide optimal logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to identify out-of-scope requests, generate change requests, and update standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and clients, building strategic partnerships and overseeing performance to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date client profiles, including contract expiry dates, and manage contract renewals.
• Negotiate rates and service scopes with existing clients.
• Support the implementation of project handovers and, when necessary, lead cross-functional efforts to develop value-added supply chain solutions.
• Continuously monitor service standards and work with the operations team to drive improvements in areas such as lead times, complaints, and escalations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of securing accounts and achieving positive sales performance.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills.
• Effective project planning and management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and assignments.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
