About the job

  • Support Swarovski and customers to achieve its long-term and mid-term strategy.
  • Manage sales sell-in in line with guidelines (assortment, categories, etc.) for Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and e-commerce marketplace, Zalora.
  • Act as the point of contact and advisor for partners to resolve brand operational, logistics and administrative matters.
  • Leverage available data for commercial decision-making to achieve optimum commercial outcomes.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders in supporting sell-out.
  • Manage special occasion sell-in packages, aligning to brand’s expectations.
  • Ensure excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints, based on guidelines, securing the maximum benefit to the consumers.
  • Actively monitor customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Provide feedback and ideas for future improvement.
  • Ensure seamless communication across all parties in supporting the smooth brand execution.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting with at least 3 years in B2B Sales.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Account Management / B2B Experience / Brand Management / Strong Influencing Skills.
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and a can-do attitude.
