Key Account Manager (Precision Tooling Sales)
Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To assist the Sales Manager in executing the company sales strategy to grow market revenue in Semiconductor/Electronics Tooling.
- To maintain and grow key customer relationships as assigned by the manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- To effectively engage the customer base consistently to build strong relationships with key partners.
- To monitor and grow customer sales.
- To effectively communicate company messaging to customers and provide customer feedback where necessary.
- To update the Sales Manager weekly on customer status.
- SALES
- To develop and gain new customer accounts in the market segment assigned by the Sales Manager.
- To update the Sales Manager weekly on sales prospect progress.
- To update the company CRM database on customer activity and updates.
- To travel overseas to build customer relationships and gain new sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account sales management, preferably in an Engineering/Manufacturing field.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel overseas on a regular basis.
- Good communication and language skills; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong drive and motivated individual.
- A team player who can adapt to a small team culture.
PACKAGE:
- Basic salary range: S$3,800 - S$4,500.
- Annual Wage Supplement, Quarterly and Annual Bonus.
