Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To assist the Sales Manager in executing the company sales strategy to grow market revenue in Semiconductor/Electronics Tooling.
  • To maintain and grow key customer relationships as assigned by the manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
    • To effectively engage the customer base consistently to build strong relationships with key partners.
    • To monitor and grow customer sales.
    • To effectively communicate company messaging to customers and provide customer feedback where necessary.
    • To update the Sales Manager weekly on customer status.
  • SALES
    • To develop and gain new customer accounts in the market segment assigned by the Sales Manager.
    • To update the Sales Manager weekly on sales prospect progress.
    • To update the company CRM database on customer activity and updates.
    • To travel overseas to build customer relationships and gain new sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account sales management, preferably in an Engineering/Manufacturing field.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel overseas on a regular basis.
  • Good communication and language skills; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Strong drive and motivated individual.
  • A team player who can adapt to a small team culture.

PACKAGE:

  • Basic salary range: S$3,800 - S$4,500.
  • Annual Wage Supplement, Quarterly and Annual Bonus.
