Position: Senior Key Account Manager

Company: Our client is a leading FMCG company.

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore

Report to: National Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary: Lead the growth of the business by developing new key accounts, maintaining existing assigned ones, raising brand awareness, and broadening the customer base to achieve growth targets in both sales volume and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and propose strategies, activities, and plans in line with the commercial team and ensure implementation for sustainable business outcomes.
  2. Analyze and identify priority segments/channels with the largest potential for growth.
  3. Closely liaise with commercial and marketing teams to achieve synergies and accelerate growth.
  4. Assist in the ideation and execution of innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and conversion.
  5. Lead and guide the team to ensure results are delivered and team members are engaged with the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business/marketing related field.
  2. 5+ years of commercial experience as demonstrated by account management/brand/trade marketing experience in FMCG.
  3. Experience with retailer channels.
  4. Fluent in English, written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Good understanding or experience of brand marketing is a plus.
  6. Competency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
