Key Account Manager [FMCG | Healthcare Pharmaceutical] [1028]

• Location: Jalan Kilang [Bukit Merah]
• Working days: 5 days [ Mon - Fri ]
• Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm
• Salary : SGD $4,500 - $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement key account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
• Oversee sales and operations across the entire market. Develop and execute effective key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives for the company's product portfolio.
• Conduct market research and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for product placement and increased visibility in supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retails, and tourist outlet chains.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement and manage promotional campaigns, managing A&P budgets to ensure promotional expenses stay within allocated limits.
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to the head of sales.
• Any tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, with a proven track record within the FMCG industry, preferably focusing on the analgesic market.
• Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage, as well as experience in travel retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
• Experience with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
• Trade Marketing experience and distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport (Not compulsory).
