The Key Account Manager will be involved in every aspect of the sales business managing Convenience & Health and Beauty Retailers (i.e. 7-11, Cheers, Guardian) with the ultimate objective of maximising sales and growing partnerships at every level.
Nutrition Asia Group currently operates over 25 brands across these concessions covering 500+ stores in Singapore through Sports Nutrition and Better-For-You Wellness ranges. This is a high-growth category which requires a top flight sales person to continue the ongoing growth trajectory.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to the assigned, overseeing commercial activities and stores.
Working on business proposals tailored to both new and existing customers across the sports, wellness and FMCG sector.
Maximising sales through continued development of portfolio and range.
Review and analyses sales reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new areas of opportunity.
Develop sales goals, monitors progress toward those targets.
Develops strategies to grow and double down key accounts.
Schedules and directs regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.
Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or related field; OR it’s equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
Street smart personality
Proficient with Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint
Experience with the Convenience / Health & Beauty channels as a Sales Manager is an added advantage
