Key Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Promote and oversee a one-stop shop for soft environmental services such as cleaning, waste management & horticulture.
2. Particularly well versed in managing cleaning contracts.
3. Seeking new opportunities to expand our company environmental services.
4. Overseeing preparation of quotations, tender submission, and submit costing.
5. Execute policies and implement quality control for projects.
6. Regular client visits and attend operations meetings to be updated on the conditions of the sites and potential business growth and expansion.
7. Lead and manage operation teams to achieve the desirable targets.

Requirements:

1. Must be familiar with the environmental services sector.
2. Have a track record of cross-selling various service offerings.
3. Must have experience in handling government and private sector tenders.
4. Strong understanding of operational issues.
5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
6. Be energetic, proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated in driving the business.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees, customers, and regulatory authorities.
