Responsibilities:
Engage with both existing and new customers to identify and expand business opportunities in the Singapore retail market.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers/vendors for provisions/bonded products, leveraging strong communication skills.
Plan and execute monthly sales and marketing campaigns/events across various sales channels to enhance omnichannel performance.
Align and communicate brand marketing goals effectively across multiple offline sales channels.
Manage the listing of company brand products in both offline and online customer databases.
Prepare sales quotations and follow up on corporate sales inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to support business growth.
Foster effective internal communication to align with individual brand marketing strategies.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in key account management or business development, ideally within the retail industry is an advantage.
Travel is required for this role, but owning a vehicle and holding a Class 3 license is not mandatory.
