Position: Key Account Executive

Company background: Furniture manufacturer and supplier (Mainly for franchise restaurant market like Starbucks, McDonald's)

Salary: MYR3,000 – MYR4,000

Working location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Working days: Mon - Fri

Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our esteemed team at Kian. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and assistance to the current team of key account managers in drafting quotations and tenders in a timely manner. You will also liaise and work closely with our team in China.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship:
   • Work alongside account managers to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients.
   • Provide support to key account managers in documentation or inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
   • Preparation of quotations and tenders promptly, following through with them.
2. Sales and Business Development:
   • Liaise and collaborate closely with the team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery, along with any necessary details for documentation purposes.
3. Project Alignment:
   • Track all projects and align with the account manager regularly.

Requirements:

• Added advantage for candidates with engineering, interior, industrial design, or architecture background.
• Proven working experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask.
