Job description

Location: Penjuru Close

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8.15am - 5.30pm

Benefits:15 days AL, 14 days MC, *Peformance Bonus

Duties:

  1. Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
  2. Handle inquiries across all touchpoints (email, hotline, internal escalations) and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Reconcile inventory between customer systems and WMS, and perform necessary updates in SAP & In-house WMS.
  4. Manage billing and invoicing, review and update SOPs, and assist with audit-related tasks.
  5. Ensure customer KPIs are met, generate monthly reports with analysis, and support meetings/presentations.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong self-discipline, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with good presentation skills.
