Upskills provides expert financial software consulting for investment banks and leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe region. With a strong, Front to Back expertise of cash and derivatives markets, coupled by an in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies, we provide smart, business-wise, and efficient solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic professional Talent Acquisition to join our People Operations team in Singapore. We are open to profiles with knowledge in consultancy / financial technology who will be able to work in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform full cycle of talent acquisition, i.e., Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Selecting potential profile(s) to meet clients' staffing needs.
  2. Utilize various recruitment sources including social platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and school portals to build up talent pools.
  3. Coordinate with People Operations Team for hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
  4. Work closely with Hiring Managers on hiring requirements and provide dedicated support throughout the hiring process.
  5. Take part in different HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives.
  6. Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets.
  7. Assist with other HR matters as required.
Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in Financial Services or IT/Software industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  4. Experience with end-to-end recruitment process using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant recruitment tools.
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
