Junior Steel Trader

Our client is in the Commodity Trading industry with a global presence, currently seeking a Junior Steel Trader to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Steel, the incumbent will work in a team of 11 staff. He/She will be responsible for handling sales and trading activities, managing existing accounts, establishing new accounts, ensuring logistics-related activities are well-coordinated, risk management, and ensuring payments are received and paid on time. Additionally, he/she will need to participate in entertainment occasions with customers as well as suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum a Diploma holder in any field
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the Commodity Trading industry, specifically in Metal.
3. Open to regular travel for client visits and overseas travel
4. Possessing a driver's license is a plus
