Junior Service Technician (SINGAPOREAN/PR ONLY)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide service and customer support during field visits and remote support
2. Tie workflow to schedule
3. Assist on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
4. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
5. Produce timely, document processes and detailed service reports
6. Follow company’s procedures and protocols
7. Work with minimum supervision, maintaining appropriate communication at all times.

Requirements

1. Only Singaporean/PR and must possess a class 3 driving license
2. Candidate must possess at least Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Entry Level/No Experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
4. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service mechanical equipment
5. English literacy
6. Ability to work flexible hours and to adapt to changing work schedules
7. Familiarity with tools and its applications
8. Able to read basic electrical/hydraulic diagrams
9. Able to travel overseas for training
