We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Fresh Graduate Service Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and to develop a broad skill set in technical support, equipment maintenance, and project management on an international scale.

Job Description:

As a Fresh Graduate Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of engineering machinery and equipment. You will have the opportunity to work with our global teams and clients, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of equipment maintenance, installation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Installation and Debugging:
    • Assist in the installation and debugging of international engineering machinery equipment on-site.
    • Ensure the equipment operates efficiently and meets customer requirements.
  2. Technical Support and Problem Diagnosis:
    • Provide technical support for customers, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, proposing effective solutions.
    • Develop and execute regular equipment maintenance plans to optimize performance.
  3. Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep:
    • Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure long service life and performance.
    • Provide recommendations for preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and failures.
  4. Customer Training and Communication:
    • Assist in providing training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  5. Spare Parts Support and Management:
    • Assist customers in selecting, purchasing, and replacing spare parts.
    • Guide customers in managing spare parts inventory to ensure quick and effective equipment repairs.
  6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and R&D teams to provide feedback and suggest equipment improvements.
    • Support technical communication between departments, addressing customer issues both pre- and post-sale.
  7. International Project Management:
    • Participate in international project execution, helping to manage progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in resolving any issues that arise during project execution to ensure the smooth running of the project.
  8. Records and Reports:
    • Maintain accurate equipment service and maintenance records.
    • Prepare and submit detailed service reports, analyzing the problem, proposed solutions, and follow-up actions.
  9. Market Information Feedback:
    • Collect valuable feedback from customers regarding device performance and user experience.
    • Provide suggestions for optimizing the company's products based on market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
  • A keen interest in hands-on engineering and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work in diverse environments.
  • Strong learning attitude and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
