Daily preparation and production of a variety of cakes in accordance with the Company’s SOPs and recipes.
Follow the daily cake production schedule to ensure the correct quantities of cakes are prepared and delivered to stores.
Adhere to all standards of cake presentation and production.
Frost and decorate cakes and/or desserts.
Minimize wastage during food preparation.
Maintain proper hygiene practices based on Food Safety and Hygiene Standards, ensuring proper storage methods.
Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, and organized.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Head Chef, Pastry.
