Junior/Senior QA tester

This role focuses mainly on Quality Assurance of both internal software applications and deliverable products & solutions. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality meets high standards. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with the team to drive continuous improvements in software performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for system stability and reliability.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, stress, and API testing to ensure software quality.
• Create and manage test documentation, including test cases, scenarios, and defect reports.
• Identify, document, and track software issues using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA peers to troubleshoot and improve software quality.
• Conduct GUI and web testing, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Verify resolved issues and validate bug fixes before deployment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years in software QA, with a strong background in manual and automation testing.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of QA methodologies, test case creation, and bug reporting.
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST API, JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Pytest).
• Basic programming in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages (preferred).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Git) and Linux environments (preferred).
• Experience with SQL for data validation and performance testing tools like JMeter (a plus).
