Junior/Senior Bim Modeler & Coordinator [Basic Up to $6K|AWS+VB|Commonwealth]JC

Work location: Commonwealth

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Junior Role - Basic Up to $4k | Senior Role - Basic Up to $6k

Key Responsibilities:

1. PLAN
   · Prepare drawings (such as layouts, schematic, and single line).
   · Review consultant’s design drawings and specification.
   · Support PROJECT with technical deliverable using the proprietary software.
   · Produce 2D and 3D drawings from contract drawings, specification, and design information through a computational interface.
   · Produce REVITBIM models with REVIT plugin families.
2. DO
   · Create and maintain high quality BIM MODEL.
   · Attend drawing co-ordination meeting (such as CAD and BIM).
   · Co-ordinate all MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks platform.
   · Prepare shop/ installation drawings based on co-ordinated models.
   · Technical management of project BIM Data sets.
   · Prepare working drawings for site installation.
   · Liaise and coordinate with other trades for cross-team support on BIM support.
   · Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
   · Liaise with team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
   · Manage and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all projects assigned under his responsibility with minimal supervision.
   · Liaise and coordinate with other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.
3. CHECK
   · Ensure drawings are prepared on time as per the required specifications and quality.
   · Obtain client’s approval for all shop drawing submissions.
4. ACT
   · Prepare as-built drawings as per site installation for joint inspection with clients’ representatives until approval is obtained.
   · Prepare and document Operation & Maintenance manuals drawing.
   · Maintain and document all the project drawings continuously.
   · Control of all drawing records.

Key Requirements:

• BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM Certification
• Min. 2 Year Relevant Experience (Junior Role) | Min. 5 Year Relevant Experience (Senior Role)

*Able to start work within short notice will be a highly added advantage.*
