• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,800 per month

Key Responsibilities (Leader Role):

Production Support & Team Guidance:

• Assist in coordinating daily production activities to support smooth operations.
• Support team members in maintaining workflow and operational efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to peers and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate equipment issues to maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow and promote workplace safety guidelines and company policies.

Process Awareness & Improvement Suggestions:

• Observe production processes and suggest potential improvements to team leads or supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas of inefficiency and brainstorm solutions.
• Support standardization of tasks for better consistency and reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement discussions and share feedback based on day-to-day operations.
• Assist in tracking basic performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight irregularities.

Issue Support & Troubleshooting:

• Assist in identifying production delays or quality issues and report findings to supervisors.
• Help collect relevant production data to support root cause analysis.
• Support the implementation of corrective measures as guided by supervisors or engineers.
• Document observations related to operational issues for reporting purposes.

Communication & Coordination:

• Maintain clear communication with peers, team leads, and relevant departments.
• Support the flow of information between the production floor and other functions.
• Document any process changes or issues encountered during shifts for follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or related field.
• Some experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong observational and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic experience in assisting with investigations or process improvements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.
