Junior Secretary
Job description
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting venues
- Organize events (i.e. coordinate with caterer, RSVP with guests, AOM)
- Coordinate on festive seasons gifts and deliveries
- Book meeting rooms, set up video conference/conference calls
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Make and confirm travel arrangements (i.e. booking of flight tickets, hotel and logistics)
- Coordinate with drivers for assignments
- Assist executives with project tasks
- Other duties as deemed appropriate for Junior Secretary
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous and flexible to work outside regular hours for events and meetings
- Proficient in MS Office
