Junior Scientist/Research Scientist (Immuno Dx of In-Vitro Diagnostics), DxD Hub

We are seeking a skilled and experienced scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be working in a strong team developing diagnostic products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding the target product profile for the intended use, conducting feasibility studies, verification and validation, as well as ensuring designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Executing Analytical Validation and Clinical Validation laboratory work
• Executing laboratory work for IVD/RUO product optimization
• Developing protein conjugation capabilities within the protein team
• Developing protein conjugation workflows applicable to IVD/RUO product development and scalable for large-scale manufacturing
• Developing protein conjugation for biosensors
• Documenting laboratory results as required by DxD Hub QMS and A*STAR
• Supporting the development of target product profile

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, Biology, or related experience
• 3 - 5 years laboratory experience
• Knowledgeable in protein conjugation techniques and immunoassays
• Knowledgeable in diagnostics and basic life sciences technologies
• Experience with office management software such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to communicate effectively, multi-task, and work in a dynamic environment
• Works well as part of a team, yet able to work independently
• Self-driven team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work on-site with a cross-functional team
