Responsibilities:
- Payment Focus:
- Product Support and Coordination: Assist in managing the lifecycle of payment products, including collecting requirements, supporting development, testing, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with merchants, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and internal teams to ensure smooth payment operations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improving payment success rates and simplifying user payment journeys. Research and suggest new payment methods to meet diverse user needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor payment performance metrics (e.g., success rate, conversion rate) and prepare regular reports. Provide insights based on data to optimize payment processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Support compliance with local and international payment regulations. Assist in identifying and addressing potential payment risks.
- Card Issuance Focus:
- Card Product Assistance: Help manage card issuance products such as virtual cards, prepaid cards, and debit cards. Participate in creating documentation and supporting teams during product development and launch.
- Collaboration with Partners:
- Work with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and BIN sponsors to ensure smooth integrations and certifications. Help maintain documentation for regulatory compliance, such as licenses and certifications.
- Feature Research and Development:
- Research market trends and user feedback to propose innovative card features (e.g., loyalty programs, personalized designs). Work on creating a seamless experience for cardholders by contributing to product design and improvement.
- Data and Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze card usage data, including user adoption, activity rates, and feedback. Assist in implementing strategies to improve card performance and retention.
Qualifications:
Experience & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in payments, financial services, or product support roles preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of payment systems and card issuance processes. Strong interest in fintech, digital payments, and user experience design. Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL for data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
