Junior Portfolio Manager/ Portfolio Manager

Our client is an established asset management firm focusing on private credit/equity and the fixed income space who are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting directly and being mentored by the CEO and Founder, your responsibilities include portfolio management, client relationship management, and reporting.
Responsible for overseeing and managing a range of investment portfolios (including VCCs and EAM accounts), ensuring risk-adjusted optimal performance and alignment with clients' investment and liquidity goals, and risk tolerance. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with third-party financial institutions, including fund companies (including hedge fund managers), private and investment banks, and financial intermediaries and investment entities, to facilitate the pipeline of investment ideas, solutions, and products.

What you'll need to succeed
With at least 5 years' experience in portfolio management/investment exposure in the funds and/or investment space, you'll have a strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies. With a track record of analytical and decision-making skills, you'll be able to inform and discuss with the founder and CEO on key outcomes and how they are to be achieved. Due to the internal client base, spoken Mandarin is essential for this role. Our client is open to nurturing someone who is looking to build on their investment and fund experience to date. This role is open only to Singaporeans or PRs.
