Junior Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is open to fresh graduates or interested interns. While prior experience is not required, a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn is essential. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on various marketing projects, including website development, brochure creation, PowerPoint presentations, social media management, video production, and more. We are willing to provide training and guidance to help you develop your skills and succeed in this role. This will be a remote position.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in website development, ensuring content is up to date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
2. Contribute to the design and creation of brochures, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging.
3. Help develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for various purposes, such as client meetings, conferences, or internal use.
4. Support social media management efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
5. Assist in video production, including editing and post-production tasks.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing techniques.

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
2. A self-starter who’s happy to take initiative.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite.
5. Basic knowledge of website development; graphic design is a plus.
6. Good at video editing.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
9. Openness to receiving feedback and implementing improvements.
