Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems and delight users.
  • Be available to take calls.
  • Promptly respond to queries via voicemail, email, and fax.
  • Accurately assess and resolve problems.
  • Provide first-level support to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
  • Track incidents and provide first and second-level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services.
  • Coordinate employee user account administration, including activation, changes, and terminations.
  • Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in any discipline.
  • Good command of English to liaise with different entities.
  • Entry-level position available.
