Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.
  2. Coordinate with project managers to identify resource requirements and understand staffing needs for upcoming projects.
  3. Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient deployment.
  4. Coordinate the assignment of staff to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements.
  5. Monitor and track staff deployments to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resources are effectively utilized.
  6. Communicate with staff regarding their deployment assignments, including location, duration, and responsibilities.
  7. Provide support to staff and managers regarding deployment-related issues and conflicts.
  8. Analyze and monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.
  9. Develop methods to measure and ensure adequate staffing levels and skills.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve resource allocation and utilization; evaluate deployment processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Prepare regular reports on resource allocation and utilization for management review.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance resource management practices.
  13. Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure timely staffing of projects.
  14. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and staff.
  15. Develop and maintain systems to track staff progress and performance.
  16. Collaborate with managers to develop individualized training development plans for each position.
  17. Coordinate with the training and development team on training activities to support staff growth.
  18. Monitor staff engagement and satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to enhance staff morale and motivation.
  19. Collaborate with managers to address staff performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  20. Stay current on trends and best practices in staff development and performance management.
