Responsibilities
- Manage timesheets and attendance for operational employees
- Provide assistance with Singpass and Infotech login issues
- Maintain employee Personal Files (PFile), including filing and archiving HR documents
- Support the planning and execution of company events
- Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for employees
- Organize and distribute monthly birthday cards and purchase birthday cakes
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or a related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in HR administration (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MOM rules and regulations is a plus
