Responsibilities

  • Manage timesheets and attendance for operational employees
  • Provide assistance with Singpass and Infotech login issues
  • Maintain employee Personal Files (PFile), including filing and archiving HR documents
  • Support the planning and execution of company events
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for employees
  • Organize and distribute monthly birthday cards and purchase birthday cakes
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in HR administration (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with MOM rules and regulations is a plus
