Junior Finance Executive

The Junior Finance Executive will assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of finance principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support financial decision-making processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.
3. Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Help with the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
6. Provide support for audits and compliance activities.
7. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
8. Participate in financial planning and strategy meetings as needed.
9. Perform other financial tasks and projects as assigned.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Some experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred, but not required.
3. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
