Aurel Partners operates an Agency model adding value to the client base providing excellent execution capabilities, top-down macro thematic risk and tactical services, across all-asset classes to institutional investors. The role is within the Cross-Asset Sales team for execution/operation of trades in rates products primarily for AUD/NZD/JPY and EM-Asia markets (CNY, KRW, INR, SGD etc), including cleared swaps and government bonds.

Aurel is focused on building deep client relationships, partnering up with these clients to execute their product interests with anonymous execution. This role has significant potential to progress your career path, education and remuneration as part of an established team operating in the macro environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have experience in a front office or back-office role in bank/hedge fund/real money, preferably executing rates trades in AUD, NZD and other EM-Asia markets for 1-2 years.
• Managing relationship with sales/trading desks in banks and clients on an ongoing basis. Existing relationships are a plus.
• Knowledge of execution tools for OTC rates products – tradeweb, Bloomberg.
• This role will require multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work hours to accommodate needs of clients to cover during early Asia hours.

The role:

• Rates execution/operation/trade assistant, within the Cross Asset Sales Group at Aurel Partners.
• Role Based in Singapore.
• Collegiate, entrepreneurial approach, working in a small but growing team, comprising of a highly experienced team, with wealth of experience in buy-side and sell-side firms in trading/sales/brokerage.
