WHAT TO EXPECT

You will assist on the preparation of insurer data and data for further analytics. This role requires someone who is analytical and meticulous and will report into the Head of Finance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Support in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining data from various sources
2. Perform basic data analysis and help identify patterns or anomalies
3. Assist in regular data quality checks, reconciliation, and issue tracking
4. Document recurring data issues and support troubleshooting efforts
5. Work with business users to understand simple data requirements
6. Help generate and validate reports and dashboards used in day-to-day operations
7. Prepare and submit insurer data accurately and on time
8. Understand how data flows across different files and systems, with guidance from senior team members
9. Ensure data preparation tasks are completed within agreed timelines while flagging any issues early
10. Assist in data validation and reconciliation to support accurate reporting
11. Maintain clear and updated documentation of assigned data tasks

WHO YOU ARE

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field
2. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, school projects, or part-time work welcome)
3. Comfortable using Excel and Tableau
4. Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
