Junior Creative Art Designer (1 + 1 year contract)

We are seeking a dynamic and Creative (Art based) to join our Regional Creative team. With a strong artistic flair, you will be creating visually compelling and effective advertising materials across various media platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and execute advertising campaigns materials that align with the brand's objectives and resonate with the target audience, in an exciting, fast pace and dynamic e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a great plus. The candidate should possess a proactive "go-getter" attitude, keen to explore new tools and have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to drive meaningful impact.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and transform them into engaging and disruptive visual concepts.
• Concept-driven, delivering art direction that communicates disruptive messages effectively and creatively.
• Craft compelling narratives through graphics, animations, and visual elements that resonate with our target audience.
• Act as a visual storyteller, ensuring each design piece captures the essence of the brand and campaign objectives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator to bring designs to life with precision and creativity. Premiere and After Effects are a plus.
• Independently manage projects from ideation to execution, adhering to deadlines and maintaining design excellence.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
• Ability to collaborate and work with external partners and production vendors as needed to execute creative output, including visual and films.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or 2 or more years of relevant experience in Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or related field.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, art direction, visual design, and social media design work. Animations, motion graphics, and video-related experience are a plus.
• Advertising & Graphic design agency background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator are essential. Premiere, After Effects, and 3D applications are a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to craft visual stories that resonate.
• A proactive and self-driven mindset, capable of taking initiative and thinking creatively.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
• A strong passion for design and a constant desire to innovate and push creative boundaries. Generative A.I knowledge is an advantage.
• Passion for branding and a desire to collaborate with branding, media, and social teams to drive overall growth.
