Job Description

  • Change Facilitation: Assist in leading and facilitating change initiatives from initiation through to post-implementation review.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and engage them effectively throughout the change process, managing their expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Video Content Creation: Leverage proficiency in video production, editing, and related software to develop high-quality, engaging video content. This content will communicate changes, provide training, and support employee understanding and adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the progress and impact of change initiatives, utilizing the created videos where appropriate.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and utilize video content to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to changes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on change initiatives, including progress, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of change initiatives and video content.
