We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing FinTech company in Singapore!

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end project management, develop project plans, and monitor progress.
Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
Identify potential project risks and their implications to the organization and recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks.
Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.

Requirements:

Singaporean only.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the FinTech/Payment/banking related industry.
Domain knowledge in FinTech/Blockchain will be an added advantage.
