In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key functions in collaboration with our banking partner, focusing on reporting responsibilities for consumer insurance analytics. You will also organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to support various business functions, enhancing process knowledge, optimizing workflows, and identifying system requirements. You will proactively generate and compile reports based on your findings, complete with actionable recommendations for improvements or new requirements. Utilizing proven methodologies in process requirements, you will leverage your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive results. You will work closely with a team of Insurance Specialists, allowing you to expand your existing industry knowledge rapidly.
We are seeking an energetic professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and has experience managing a diverse range of administrative and executive support tasks. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational skills and flexibility while embracing administrative challenges. This is a critical role where your expertise will significantly contribute to the growth and profitability of the bancassurance division, as well as support the business development goals of the Consumer Lines department.
