The team creates a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing their product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers, helping to answer questions, offering suggestions, and walking our customers to the products they are searching for. Every one of our team members ensures our customers know that they are always welcomed and cared for here at Little Farms.

Available Work Locations:

• Harper Point (Tai Seng)

Role of Junior Baker:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Prepare a wide variety of artisan bakery products, such as sourdough, croissant, French baguette, focaccia, ciabatta, etc.
• Create new and exciting ranges of bakery items to refresh our menu selection according to festive periods and occasions.
• Maintain proper ordering of ingredients such as flour, sugar, improver, etc., and ensure the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method is utilized.
• Ensure all baking equipment is clean and kept properly.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven skills in artisanal bakery products will be advantageous.
• Possess knowledge of sanitation principles, nutrition, food preparation, and baking techniques.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster).
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Baker.
