Job Description:

1. Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
2. Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
3. Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
4. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and subcontractor payments.
5. All other QS related jobs.

Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent.
2. Min 2 years QS (Junior) experience in SG.
