Job Scope:

• Engage in sales opportunities and provide pre-sales technical support to the sales in Asia Pacific
• Engage in benchmark preparation, printing feasibility study, build time estimation of ongoing sales projects
• Engage in machine operation, troubleshooting and quality control of benchmark parts for productivity and cost effectiveness
• Prepare build data of CAD models with AM software
• Engage in troubleshooting part quality issues
• Provide first-level support to existing customers with the focus on customer requests and continuous improvements
• Document challenges and updates based on customer feedback
• Provide high quality application training for customers
• Improve training contents constantly with revised knowledge
• Document knowledge related to application topics and skills
• Engage in application projects to develop more application cases
• Regularly report achievements and challenges
