Join Our Team as a Junior Accountant / Accountant!

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Junior Accountant / Accountant to join our team and take charge of full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and compliance tasks. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Work with overseas teams for month-end closing, bank reconciliations, aging reports, audit schedules, and financial reports.
3. Assist in sustainability and enterprise risk management reporting.
4. Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
5. Support company setup processes, liaising with external partners such as corporate secretaries, tax agents, and bankers.
6. Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls.
7. Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications.
2. At least 5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of financial reporting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle financial challenges.
5. Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy in reporting.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (Wednesdays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
