Job Code: CN493107-Sumer YDD/MDD CNC Programming (U-TURN system)

Position: SP CNC Lathe Operator (3 Positions: YDD/MDD)

Salary Package:

• Base Salary: SGD 1,600 - SGD 2,000

• Housing Allowance: SGD 200

• Overtime: SGD 5 - SGD 10/hour

• Good performance may lead to salaries exceeding SGD 3,000 after probation.

Working Location: Near Tuas, Singapore

Company Background: A Machinery Company specializing in CNC operations, particularly for oil and gas machining, and metal machining.

Working Days: 26 days/month (4 days off)

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, including night shifts

Job Descriptions:

• Operate and program CNC turning machines using the U-TURN system.

• Write and understand CNC programs.

• Set up, operate, and ensure completion of assigned tasks.

• Machining of oil and gas components, including experience with trapezoidal and Stacme threads.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of CNC programming and turning experience.

• Specific experience in oil and gas parts machining is preferred.

• Familiarity with U-TURN systems is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of CNC setup, programming, and operation.
