Meyson Jewellery is a renowned local jewellery brand that has been established since 1961.

In 2002, Meyson group acquired a freehold 4 storey building and named it Meyson Holding, House of Jewels to serve as both corporate headquarters and showroom.

Located at Level 1, the showroom features exclusive designs and a professional jewellery care and service centre.

Meyson Jewellery is the only jeweller in Singapore with this organizational scale to provide customers with a complete suite of jewellery sales and after sales services. With the brand’s strong focus on product designs and quality, customers can be assured to find a wide range and variety of gold, diamond and gemstone jewellery collection. To date, it has a total of 6 boutiques in Singapore (Bugis Junction, Parkway Parade, NEX, Joo Chiat Complex and Lavender).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain professional customer service standards.
• Attend to customer's enquiries and feedback.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Ensure excellent customer shopping experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
• Strictly follow company's grooming requirements at all times.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with customers in a retail environment.
