Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working Time: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thurs); 830am-530pm (Fri)
Salary: $3300 - $3600

Overview:

The Joint Committee on Specialist Training (JCST) is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. The JCST is responsible for establishing and upholding the professional standards and quality of specialist training in Singapore including the evaluation of trainees' training and exit examinations.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide secretarial support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee in monitoring and maintaining the training standards and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Basic Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential).
• Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
• Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events (Time off given).
