Java Springboot/Microservices/OCP - Technical Lead Application Delivery

Responsibilities:

1. Support the project solution process, review and validate the initial high-level solution design together with the respective stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Security Architect, Infra Architect, other Application Domain Architects) for Technology Architecture Governance reviews and approvals.
2. Partner with System Analyst to ensure technical design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
3. Responsible for standardizing and maintaining the application architecture across various bank applications within the domain as well as to recommend and facilitate the use of new technology for application improvement opportunities.
4. Address and resolve technical issues (e.g., technical connectivity, Penetration Test, Performance Test, code scanning) or queries relating to the project activities arising from all phases of project delivery.
5. Support both functional and non-functional testing phase of delivery to ensure all aspects of the system requirement is delivered as per FSD.
6. Ensure proper knowledge is propagated to the project team to enable quality testing is conducted.
7. Engage with system vendors to ensure the technical requirements are clear for delivery of FSD throughout the end-to-end project implementation phases.
8. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite product such as Edge Connect, TCIB, Triple A+ GUI, WUI, OData, WTX/ITX.
2. Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting, Sybase or Oracle DB.
3. Experience in delivery of Private Banking solution and hands-on experience on at least 1 end-to-end application delivery.
4. Extensive and significant working experience as a technical lead in large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects.
5. Excellent application analysis, design, system integration and code review skills in the Private Banking/Wealth Management Space.
6. Able to work independently, good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a resilient mindset.
7. Strong technical background in integration with a good understanding of API Microservices concepts, software design patterns, event-based processing and OCP based application.
8. Proficient in Java Springboot3, OCP or Microservices based application development.
9. Proficient in security development best practices i.e., OWSAP top 10, authentication & authorization concepts i.e., OAuth2.
10. Expert in performance tuning i.e., SQL optimization, multi-threading, non-blocking etc.
11. Proficient in data extraction, transformation, bulk transfer, incremental loads, and reconciliation process for seamless data migration is a plus.
12. Experience in working with DevOps and Continuous integration with good understanding of n-Tier application architecture concept.
13. Experience with process methodology, frameworks, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall SDLC) preferred.
14. Resource with at least 5 years of experience in application solution and architecture design leveraging on modern technology and/or TAP Wealth Suite.
