Japanese Speaking Sales Executive [EMS industry | up to $6,000]

Responsibilities:

Farming:Hunting = 50:50

1. Assist sales and marketing managers in developing new customers/distributors and maintaining existing customers/distributors.
2. Identify and develop business opportunities by conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations in Sales & Marketing activities and exhibitions.
3. Involved in setting strategic and operating goals with senior managers to achieve the targets set forth by the company.
4. Liaise with R&D personnel to enhance presentation on new features for new and existing products whenever enabled by new technologies.
5. Liaise with factories for production forecast, quality, delivery, engineering issues, and pricing to support sales goals and align with company strategic and operational direction.
6. Ensure timely response to follow up customers’ enquiries, generating quotations, and after sales support and services.
7. Provide timely weekly, monthly Sales Activities reports, Sales Projection/forecast reports, and Quarterly Sales Reports to divisional sales manager.
8. Subject to sales manager approval, propose plans to visit existing and new customers to resolve issues or understand market conditions, customer expectations, and feedback.
9. Administrative activities on planning & budgeting for exhibition/tradeshow and advertisements needs for brand development.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. 2 years of B2B Sales experience handling Flat Cable, Electronics, Electrical Components.
2. Business level proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts.
3. Able to travel overseas when required.
