Japanese Speaking Associate [Investment / Up to $10k]

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting private equity investment activities
2. Sourcing and evaluating potential investment targets
3. Assisting in due diligence and contract execution
4. Supporting the execution of investment projects
5. Handling fund management-related tasks such as reporting

Requirements:

1. 2 years of working experience in investment company such as Investment Banking, Consulting, General Trading Companies, Corporate M&A.
2. Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) to liaise with internal and Japanese counterpart
3. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
4. Experience in due diligence, valuation, and investment execution.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of the Asian market and investment landscape.
