IT Transformation Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
My client is a Global Manufacturing Company and they are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Manager to lead the digital transformation of their manufacturing operations while ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digitalization strategies, managing information security risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digitalization Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy for the manufacturing operations, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
2. Information Security: Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company's information assets.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate information security risks, including conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, GDPR).
5. Project Management: Manage digitalization projects, including the implementation of new technologies, such as IIoT, AI, and robotics.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of digitalization initiatives.
7. Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for digitalization and information security initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in digitalization, information security, or a related field on the Manufacturing/Engineering side.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field in Engineering.
3. Skills: Have previously worked in the Manufacturing Sector as an Engineer.
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
5. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of information security principles, including threat management, risk assessment, and compliance.
6. ERP: Prior involvements in SAP projects is a must.
7. Language: Mandarin is required due to the need to speak to stakeholders from within.

Nice to Have:

1. Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
2. Industry 4.0: Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IIoT, AI, and robotics.
3. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
4. Data Analytics: Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
