IT Technician

• Troubleshoot logistics equipment (mobile printers, RF guns, standard printers, network systems)
• Troubleshoot issues with laptops and warehouse printers
• Coordinate system maintenance plans with customer's IT department
• Obtain quotations, coordinate with vendors on installation schedules, and submit quotes to customers for approval for new IT projects
• Conduct trials on new devices
• Participate in various automation projects
• Assist Executive in daily operations planning and attend various audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining logistics equipment
• Proficiency in handling IT-related issues within a logistics environment
• Proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure in a fast-paced logistics environment
