IT Technician

1. Setup, installation and deploying of computers
2. Cloning/Imaging of laptop/desktop
3. Email and phone communication with customer
4. Station at customer’s office for IT support if required (if stationed, reporting will be at customer location)
5. Performing IT Helpdesk support (Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support)
6. Active directory user account management
7. Provide administrative support in checklists/reports
8. Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacement
9. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements: Basic Experience in IT support, meticulous and able to adapt to different working environments.
